What is the Catholic doctrine regarding it deporting immigrants to countries other than their homeland?

It's not possible (AFAIK) to say, "The Catholic Church condemns this" or "The Catholic Church allows it." It's a matter of what is just in the case in question, and questions of justice generally require details about the particular case in question.
