Sorry for the downtime - there was a hiccup with my host but it is solved.

I should add - they did confirm this kind of error usually means the server is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance and will resolve itself in a few hours. I noticed some maintenance scheduled for the early morning hours next week so if you see it again just come back in a few hours. This turned out to be something that needed a little more attention, I suspect by quite a few of us which is why it took so long. But it's resolved now.

They are imposing more brutal means of oppression!

To my knowledge no software powerful enough to accomplish that yet exists.
