Hi. I am here for some interesting discussions. I'm not Catholic (though I was raised in the church). I'm specifically really interested in talking to all these young people I hear about joining or rejoining the church. It seems like such a wild phenomenon to me since I can't imagine going back (sorry grandma). Hoping to have some firsthand conversations with such people.

Welcome! :wave

There aren't too many young people on this board, but maybe you can start a trend

Ah shoot. Does anyone know if there's a way to get my username changed? I feel like if mine wasn't so personally identifiable, I could be more candid here. Otherwise, if not, it's cool, I'll just try to avoid certain subjects.

Alas, message boards tend to be for older folks. If you want to talk with younger Catholics, see if there's a Newman Center near where you are.

You might still get some interesting responses here if you posted some thoughts/comments in one of the forums here.

Click on your username (upper right) -->User Control Panel -->Profile tab-->Edit account settings-->type the new username over your current username --> Submit button bottom middle

Hi. I'm young-ish, for what it's worth, although I'm from a different culture. Welcome aboard!
