Stupidest anti-Christian argument ever

I have seen this at least half a dozen times on TikTok in the last month, it is fair to see that this argument is growing in popularity. The argument is as follows:
"
Christianity comes from paganism because Constantine changed the worship of the "sun" into the worship of the"son", because, apparently, the homophone between: "sun" and "son" is universal and exists in all languages, either that or everyone who has ever lived has spoken 20th century English.

For the life of me, I cannot understand how anybody could take such a theory seriously.

Constantine spoke Latin.

Basic latin repudiates that argument.

Sun = Solis
Son = Filius

Not even within 50 miles of homonyms.
