Ahh, June, my favourite month

I've had a two-week break from work, which was great, though returning to work was... not terrible, but... less great.

Not going so good for me, but lots of family birthdays this month and next, so lots of cake and cupcake baking going on here.

June was cool and now is cool and wet. I like the cool. We needed more wet, but maybe not quite as much as we're getting. All things considered, June is good. We are still picking lettuce, which normally is either bolting by now or just too bitter to eat.
