Re: Putting the onus of responsibility upon the pro-lifer

I see this differently.

Pro-aborts place the onus of responsibility on the unborn child. They are guilty unless proven innocent. Innocence proven only if mom wants the child.

Re: Reasons for not chosing the Orthodox Church?

One reason I would not go Orthodox was the council of Florence when the Eastern Orthodox bishops who were there, resolved all theological and other issues, and the decrees of reunion. The union was done. Then they went home and repudiated the council. Local clergy and bishops rejected the council's ...

Re: Trump blasts Pope Leo in new social media post

I remember Pope John Paul II and President Reagan working together to obliterate the USSR.
Too bad Pope Leo XIV and President Trump couldn't work together to defeat the CCP. Would have been the last chance.

Gabriel the Archangel was hailing Mary. He didn't say God is hailing.

In the same way, we imitate him by Hailing her ourselves.

That's why I think the Spanish translation doesn't sound right.

Hail Mary Translation in Spanish

In the Hail Mary prayer: In English: Hail Mary, In Latin: Ave Maria, (Hail Mary) In Spanish: Dios te Salve Maria. (God hails you) In the first two we are Hailing Mary. We are giving her royal respect. In Spanish, God is doing it. Not necessarily a contradiction, but the message appears to be differe...

Re: Catholicism in India

I once went to a Syro-Malabar parish, English divine liturgy. It was beautiful and the people there were very friendly. Close to the end of the liturgy, they invited visitors to come up and introduce themselves if they felt like it. At the time I went with my close friend. At the time he wanted to g...

Vigil mass before Holy Day (Immaculate Conception)

I was looking for a vigil mass for the Immaculate conception (12/8/2025) which would be on a Sunday. I researched some parishes that had 5pm masses and I thought that would count. When I looked at the masses, they were going to have the readings for that Sunday, and not for the Immaculate Conception...

I hope this will counteract the Table that has taken over the United States.

Fr. Ripperger talked about the five generals of satan (the Table) and how our culture has been put under their control.

Re: Bishops need to address Trump immigration crackdown: Pope Leo

“inhuman treatment of immigrants” That should be “inhuman treatment of ILLEGAL immigrants”. There's a major league difference. There is no such thing as an illegal immigrant. The correct term is Illegal Alien. The left uses the word "immigrant" to include illegals to push an agenda, I'm n...

Re: CORPUS Disbands Liberal Catholicism is Dying

This is true of American liberals in general which is why they have hijacked public school systems - to indoctrinate other people's children since they have so few of their own. That's the left's way. If left to themselves, the left would contracept, abort, homosexualize, transmultilate, and euthan...
