Is this iPhone problem a feature or a bug?
Is this iPhone problem a feature or a bug?
Every single time I want to sync my iPhone to iTunes, well, I guess it is called "Music, on my Macbook Air, I need to make the phone "trust" the computer and vice versa. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Instead of automatically connecting and syncing, it is now an elaborate process that takes around 30-45 minutes before the iPhone even shows up in "Music" so that I can initiate a sync. Is this a bug with the current version of iOS, or God forbid is it actually an unnecessary and intrusive "feature" to "help" users? I'm reading conflicting reports on this.

I'd call it a bug. I suspect Apple considers it a feature - part of protecting you from yourself.
Thank you for your patience as I build the board. I have about 1/16 to go.

I think it is supposed to be a "security" measure, apparently, they have had cases of Macs being hacked and the iPhone/iPad backups being hacked
