To request access either:

*Go to your User Control Panel (click on your username in the upper right under the search bar), select the usergroups tab and make a request. I suspect this will be the easiest process but I don't remember having or using it on the old board so I am not sure.

For now just a post in this thread will work. As this drops into oblivion it would be one of the other two. And I would really appreciate if someone could try the first method so I can see how it works.

Ok the first method works now and is definitely the preferred way to go.

BTW, I had to add myself to the men's group to be able to set it to notify me of requests so you may see me on the member list but rest assured I have no intention of setting foot in the place. (Though as a reminder I can't avoid seeing thread titles)
