I can make out the "only with mustard", but then it sounds like what the text says: "mustard and ketchup". Or does he say 'mustard, no ketchup'?

Either way, does this mean it's a Papal Dog (rather than a Papal Bull?)
BTW, I eat Coney Island hot dogs, which have chili, which is tomato based, the same as ketchup!

In Chicago, putting ketchup on a hot dog is a felony, and a crime worthy of excommunication. There is no possible way he would put ketchup on a hot dog.
