Not a realistic scenario. The only possible way to beat him is for all third-party candidates, and Republican Curtis Silwa, to drop out and endorse Andrew Cuomo. Cuomo is corrupt, a liar, and a creep, but at least he is not an antisemitic Islamist communist.

Because he is politically progressive and is thus able to hold and espouse two simultaneously contradictory and mutually exclusively positions ... and have those positions enthusiastically accepted by the like minded.

He has said that Muslims like his family were the "real victims" of 9/11 because they experienced "Islamaphobia" (which is not a thing) after the attack. This definitely seems to have the effect of minimizing the mass murder of thousands that happened on that day.
